2007 crewmax i got in 2020. Thought someone did poor install so waited for windshield to crack. The new one is same. Driving me nuts at any speed over 60. Windows open make no diff. Not wipers. Anyone have a loud whistle and solve issue. Tried to post video but not allowed. Sounds loud like if I were to whistle at full volume. A one hour drive and I am insane.

Mirrors can whistle too. I put electrical tape on the drivers mirror of my old Yukon. It whistled through the gap where the mirror folded closed.

I would try putting masking tape around the edge of the wind shield or get someone to hold a towel in different spots on the inside.

Does it sound like it's whistling into the cabin or whistling outside?
