Dash trip Part name/number

So I think I have a center console sourced to replace the center seat. But from what I can tell, it won't come with the piece I circled in red. And I can't figure out what it's called so I can subsequently find out what the cost of this project will be.

thank you both to your responses! that will get me started. im reaching out to a couple ebay scrapyard sellers to see what they can do for me on the price. hoping to keep this entire swap under $200 and then make a bit back selling my center seat.

difficult parts now is trying to figure out what im going to do with the shifter, as im leaving mine on the column. would be great if i could somehow convert it into another cubby tray, but putting in a blank will probably be easier.
