I took off the spacers yesterday and that was definitely the cause, it's a night and day difference. It looks like I'll be getting wheels sooner than later.

    Not enough....
Glad to hear it. I know tons of people use them with no problems, but I never liked the practice. A properly backspaced wheel is definitely the better choice for a multitude of reasons. Those adapters are just a Band-Aid most times.

Yep, I think we waited to long. I guess I will now be looking at the Eibach 2.0 coilovers with their rear shocks. Maybe a block or local shop to add rear springs for the lift and still come out less than ironman.

Check out dobinsons or falcons in that price range. Fox 2.0

at the end of the day they are probably all overkill for what we’re doing.

Same deal with me, it’s been priced out of my budget. I’m thinking now Toytec Aluma 2.5 and rears and jba uca now. Will come out less than the Ironmans.

So they finally took it off that 20% off sale. I just looked at it on Sunday and it was on sale. I’m sure it will go back on sale again.

I think I might do Eibach and SPC uppers. I found a local company to custom match my rear to my front lift. They are charging $750 for adding rear springs with to match the front lift with a little rake in the rear.

Great product but the price is driving it into new territory which will makes people seek other kits.

:eek2: Dang! I just noticed the lack of sale. Not that extra increase. Thank god I got the 4Runner kit when I did. That’s like $800’ish(just a guess) more then I paid. Not doing the Tundra for a while so I guess I’ll see how things play out next year.

Yeah had I bought this at the end of last year I'd be happy. But now it's just too much when there are other options for the same, or less money.

However, for new shocks and springs front and back, it still isn't a horrible deal. It's just unfortunate the price has jumped so much.

I agree, it's a great product and the built quality of it. I can't believe how much the price jumped from December 2020 when I bought the stage 2 kit.

Price point is all comes down to what are you planning to do with your Truck and the purpose of the build. So, that's why we have so many options of suspension out there.

Well it's definitely over kill for me. Most off road I do is the beach. I want the look bottom line. But I also want a quality ride with quality parts. Which is why I won't do a spacer lift or anything other then suspension. I wanna do it right and that ironman kit with white shocks and ucas. Or the pro kit without ucas was right in what I budgeted for lift, tires and rima. I have the money, honestly money isn't an issue. It's justification. This is what I discussed with my wife we agreed on a cost and I was able to justify the expense in my head. Anything more then that I can't justify in my head to spend that kind of money for just looks. If I was an avid off roader or overlander then sure I'd probably get a king, icon or ads kit. But I'm not it's my daily driver that hits the beach with the family. Oh well guess I'll just keep looking or wait for a sale.

Anyone have the length from spring eye to spring eye on the ironman leaf pack? I am trying to find out if they require a longer than stock shackle when fully compressed.

with this, the price out the door for Pro kit with UCAs, add a leaf and a "free" set of their brand maxxtraxx is $2024. This sounds great, I read good reviews about the off road performance, looks, durability, etc... Any reason anyone wouldn't pull the plug on these? I haven't found many sets with comparable components that includes UCAs and AALs for the price. Maybe I am wrong?

There's several happy customers in this thread, I'd say give it a shot.

It's not an AAL, it's a full replacement leaf pack. And at this price, it is very tempting again. Dammit lol

you're right. And I agree, very tempting. I'm just stopped by the lack of constant load kit. My base weight on the bed is 285 lbs and camping weight is minimum 537 lbs. Feel like performance kit may not be the most optimal choice, idk

I'm trying to decide if I should get the pro kit without uca or the kit with the white foam cells with uca. a 600 dollar price difference. If I go with the pro kit without uca I can adjust those down to 2.75 and shouldn't need uca. The white ones are not adjustable but I'll get the uca and 3.5 lift. No real off road other then the beach.

I would hate to be the reason you like/dislike your kit. But I would just get the entire kit as it’s meant to be ran.

I wish I wasn’t trying to remodel the house. This would be bought and picked up already....well if they could have built the coilovers today that is. As for now I’m waiting till at least this summer maybe next year.

But that is definitely a good price. If your not fully ready I would be willing to bet it goes on sale again sometime in the next couple months.

    Ok
I am in your boat. My truck is a road warrior that needs to be able to attend some off road excursions. I like coilovers to adjust any lean that comes about and I can dial them accordingly. The pro are rebuildable also I am not sure the white ones are?

Just bought the stage 2 foam cell ( white ones) a price out the door was 1571. Really can't beat that. When the time comes to replace these shocks maybe I'll get the pros. I think the big differences are rebuildable vs not and adjustable vs not. I'm certain iron man comes with a driver side spring and passenger side spring so that should account for lean. I couldn't find a rebuild kit on their website so not sure about that. 3.5 inches of lift is good for me really don't think I'd need to adjust. But we'll see.
