Is this stuff any good or is it not recommended for an initial wax job? Open to recommendations as well.

I use it and like how easy it is. It definitely does not replace a good hand wax but it’s a nice spray to use in between hand wax or orbital wax jobs imo...

I have used it in the past and thought it was okay. It's recommended to do a dry application first for the base layer and for best durability. You can then use it as a spray on / rinse off to keep up as maintenance after the first dry application. You can also cut it 50/50 with distilled water and use 1 or 2 sprays per panel and use it as a drying aid.

I'm new to washing, waxing, polishing or even caring about how my vehicle looks....but I liked it when unused it last fall before the snow fell.

This was a first application, dry, as described above.

    ****
Washed and spray waxed my Cavalry Blue today.

I was happy with how it came out...just in time for rain tomorrow.

Maybe @War Machine can chime in since he is pretty good with cleaning products?

I’ve had good luck with the Griots spray on ceramic wax if you’re looking for something different when that runs out.

I recommend using this for those initial wax jobs.

Last time I used this and the Meguiars together and got great results on the paint. Although I got my wiener stuck in the tailpipe again. I think I skipped step 3 on the back of the packaging.:notsure:

Now didn't you say one time it was best to apply in direct sunlight also?

Anyone ever seem to find that sometimes they seem to spend more time waxing off than waxing on? :monocle:
