Nice. Be safe. I’ll likely get out today a little bit before round 2 comes tonight. 3-6” snow supposedly this evening in to tomorrow. Who knows though.

How is the tundra in the ice/snow? I drove my wife’s QX80 (4WD auto)yesterday around the neighborhood (hilly) and it was great. Haven’t gotten the tundra out yet. Did you need 4H at all?

I run mine in 4hi on the side roads where the ice is deep. It wasn't necessary on the highway I'm close to.

Yeah got out in the truck some today. Gotta stay WAY back of the ice Missiles flying off trucks and cars. The main roads were mostly fine up here but yeah turned on 4H on the parking lots and side roads. It turns on pretty smoothly. My Titan had a weird noise activating 4H. The Tundra did well there. Nothing real tough though I know your not supposed to drive over 62 in 4H but it also turned a lot more smoothly as the Titan did bot turn well in 4H. Worse on 4L

I love it. It’s beautiful. But I want it for no more than 2 days then give me my life back.

I think they missed the 5 inch prediction. Already got that and it's still coming down hard.

Yeah I spent an hour scraping ice off it yesterday and now this mess. My work is closed tomorrow so I'll have plenty of time to deal with it. Hopefully when this is over it'll be last of it for this winter.

For weight in the bed of the truck, get a twin air mattress and fill it up with water. It is super cheap and won’t slide around

Same here. Was kinda worried since they were so much cheaper than my old nitto ridge grapplers.

Which one do you prefer? I'm considering them for my next tire. Other considerations are the trail grapplers or cooper stt pros.

So far Falken. The Nittos look better IMO, but we’re not the best in wet weather. I would easily get some tire spin with an empty bed pulling out on wet roads (nor aggressively at all).
The Wildpeaks (295/70/18) are better in wet, at least for now. Only 5k miles on them
We shall see how they hold up. The nittos went for 60k Miles tho.

I've got 12k on my falkens and haven't noticed any loss in traction on any terrain. I have heard about hydroplaning issues with the ridge grapplers.

Going to be selling these rims with tires if anyone local is going to want them. Looking for about $888 for the set.

tires are K02s 275/65/2 with 60+% tread left.
