So I have a 2004 SR5 double cab and the dome light had been removed before I bought it and I cannot seem to find one that fits. The one I bought was a lot smaller. If anyone has one that looks like the pattern in the pic I posted or has the same truck can you send me a picture please? Thank you.

Here's some pictures of mine that may help. Don't mind the dirty buttons or bugs on the inside of the
    cover, they're getting cleaned today.

Looks like you possibly had the rear entertainment system.

On the rear of the center console behind the lid do you have a small pocket or a flip down door?

LOL...no expert, but I have shopped these things all over the country for 10+ years...can't help but pick up some info...

What he said....but it may not have been a OEM setup....your can also look you VIN up on Toyota.com/owners to see if it was delivered with one.

    It was an option...

Look for the volume knobs as suggested and a remote...

Ignore the gun-case foam mess; I've since cleaned it up...

Wow that looks exactly like what I got in my backseat. Also there are two cords in that hole that look like they go to the back of a TV. The good news is the wiring works on the light fixture I have so maybe I can design some kind of adapter to make it look normal and hook it to the ceiling.
