SOS Performance rear only on mine, it lowered the bed 3.25".
I added air bags and a rear anti roll bar... the underside picture was
taken before I installed my custom DirtyDeeds exhaust with resonator.

I did not lower the front, and the truck sits level.

I had the DJM kit on my Tacoma and loved it for what it's worth. It's nice to have all new bushings and ball joints...

I think the trd lowering kit is discontinued. I wish i had the guts to drive a lowered truck. They look sooo good but the dirt roads are always too bumpy

I’m going to go with DJM. All that involves lower a arms — in order to keep my factory struts. I do not use my truck to haul- maybe a fishing kayak. Yea TRD are discontinued. Thanks

I'm pretty sure SOS Performance was the company private labeling their kit for TRD.

I have thought about dropping my truck another 2 inches front & rear, but I really don't want to deal with making a "C" notch in the frame so the drive shaft clears. My old drive shaft was smacking the cross member during aggressive driving, adding the air bags stopped this, and my new drive shaft is protected as long as I keep air in the bags.

How much can the air bags take? Would you be able to haul a load of drywall with them? It would be nice to have a lower truck and the option to raise it if you need to haul something.

Edit: Just got in touch with Tom from SOS Performance and he told me the bags retain the OEM hauling specifications of original suspension. Good to know.

Rex, did you lower your rear by 4"? The fine print on the SOS package says that you may have to lower the front by 1". Since the back can go as far as 5 inches, I figure lowering it by 4 inches makes the truck level.

3.25", that's the very least amount.

I followed Rex path and landed at the same results. The SOS kit was perfect to level out a front stock height. Hard to see with the dang snow but looks like Rex twinkle. Only difference is I didn't do the badass leaf springs he did. That makes me wonder, your leafs may have more flex (Better Traction) as my driveshaft don't hit with 0 psi in my bags on hard launches.
