WANT SOME ADVISE. I HAVE A 3.5" SPINDLE LIFT WITH 5100 BILSTAIN SHOCKS AT TOP SETTING. TOTAL 6" LIFT.
WANT TO BRING DOWN 5100 TO LOWEST SETTING TO GET TOTAL AROUND 4.25 " LIFT TOTAL..

NOW WILL MY AFTERMARKET UCA BE FINE WITH DROP????

DO NOT WANT TRUCK NO MORE AT 6" WANT IT LOWER. SO THIS IS THE LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION TO DRO COUPLE INCHES. IF DID NOT HAD AFTERMARKET SPINDLES WILL GO WITH A 3" LIFT.20210212_183542.jpg

It looks like you're yelling when you write in all caps. It's bad manners. You're unlikely to elicit much of a response by doing this. The moderators of this site are also free to kick you off (and are very likely to) if you can't control yourself a bit better.

I think equating caps to yelling, and subsequently being viewed as being rude, is silly. The question that was asked is totally reasonable, and in no way seems rude. As far as the uca, I can t answer the question, but I would contact the manufacturer. If they re worth their salt they should be able to answer the question.

Hahaha. Do your caps imply you are being rude, and yelling at me? It s retarded canceling someone because they use caps, (though in this day and age, it s no surprise).

In answer to your question, YES, you're UCA's will be just fine. Correct if me if I am wrong, but those look like "Zone Offroad" UCA's. If so, then they were designed to be used with their 5" lift. So, at 4.25" of lift, you will be good! BUT, you must get an alignment to compensate for the change in height as dropping it 1.75" will affect your camber and possibly your caster.

thanks for answer. i have a 6" lift but only 2.5 at the arms the rest 3.5 is spindle lift which maintains factory setting in order, so when i drop to 4.25, im really only lifting the arms 1.25 on.

Do you know what a calm, respectful question in all caps means? That his caps lock was on. That’s it. Some people don’t notice these things.

Others do and apparently freak out. o_O

THIS is a fairly recent study that was done concerning word recognition, and may explain why it s stressful to read all caps. IMO I think the frustration of all caps is partially from unmet expectations due to learned behaviors, but there s several theories...
