I think the frame bolt holes are the same 2012 vs 2020. When you purchase your security bolts, please copy me the link of the correct product. I would really appreciate it. I went looking for it myself and am having a hard time finding the correct item. Tried to figure it out without crawling under the truck and looking to see what the bolt hole size and thread are.

Is there enough interest to get a GB going for the DE skid? I'm pretty interested as I keep hearing about cat's getting stolen everywhere.

 

The price of steel has gone up so a GB probably wouldn't happen. That is a good sized plate and $315 shipped is not a bad price at all IMO.

sorry i was wrong there were only a few stainless to choose from.

 

I liked the Pentagon head bolts until I thought about vise grips.

agree with @Tundra234, anything with "points" would be no match for vise grips.

even the drilled spanner and tri-groove could be defeated with a pipe-wrench.

 

I think the objective is to make it harder to take so the Bad Guy moves on to the next one.

 

I think part of the point for stainless is no rust and it a hell of a lot harder to cut thru.

I really appreciate how you put your two cents in with the proper numerical type. Most would say 2 cents or two cents. There’s just something more complete about .02 cents.

Yep. 2 cents = 0.02 dollars or $0.02. This is accurate.

.02 cents = two-hundredths of 2 cents = 0.0002 dollars or $0.0002.
