Ordering that Charcoal metallic. Thats precisely what color I'm after. Did you use the adhesion promotor, or any other prep? I'll be doing the AJT blackout, red TRD start/Stop button, and stereo stuff all at the same time, in about 2 weeks. Getting everything in order.

the only place I used adhesion promoter was the panels under the arm resy on the door panels. The dash and whell parts I just cleaned with pre cleaner and sanded with 400 dry.

Picked up my ditch lights from Caliraised yesterday before the cold hit us today.
Tested them out in the sleet last night and was amazed at how bright they are.

Man, I really enjoy a clean black truck.

But I do NOT enjoy trying to keep a black truck clean. I’m happy to just admire your commitment from over here.

Test fit my diy switch panel. Still have to wire it all up, but fits like a glove and was exactly what I was going for. 45AD661B-6091-4276-95E2-09069F0503AA.jpg

Trimmed the plastic guide on the side of the tow/haul switch so that I could swap positions making it easier to get to my reverse light switch....I use it quite often for tailgaters.

I had WeatherTechs in my Tacoma, and will never buy them again. They stain, and WT now sells some overpriced cleaner for them.

You know if a floor mat company can afford Super Bowl commercials, they are charging too much for their stuff...

One of the guys at my work today was kind of enough to bump my truck with a snowblower attached to a Bobcat while clearing the parking lot. It's a 2021 less than two months old. Fewer than 3k miles. That isn't white paint. That's gouges down to the bare metal. Whole area feels like someone hit it with an angle grinder and an ultra course wheel. Also put a scuff on the wheel. That probably held strong and stopped him from really caving in the fender. Hard to tell from the photo, but those fender scrapes came with a nice dent too. Pretty sick about it. c540366d-8a1b-4e58-805a-045e5456eaa4.jpg

Mod #3, bought the Tuna a few weeks ago. I did the AJT cup holder and shifter panels. I did like the AJT shifter, but I decided to do something a little different. Found this shifter on eBay made by Pro Holder. About the same price as the AJT, I'm diggin it!!!!

    Interesting...
Get some 3/8 heat shrink tubing to dechrome the shaft below you shift knob. Use a hair dryer in high to get it to shrink up over the bolt.

My truck is parked probably within 30 feet of this. Not everyone I work with (large majority of about 50 guys) are not as experienced or careful as I am with the equipment, a couple are even better but even still accidents happen. Working around power equipment, trucks, machines, plows, ect myself I cringe anytime I see a fellow employee go anywhere near my truck. I'm pretty sure they all know I will probably kill someone if they did that to mine. I pray to God I don't have to recall some of the skills I learned from those anger management classes I had to take many years ago lol. It hurts to do something like that yourself, it hurts extra when someone else does it to ya. I hope things work out for you.

275/70r18 Cooper AT3 XLT on SCS Ray 10s, Eibach Coilovers, DD 12" Exhaust, AJT Blackout Kit, Truxedo Pro X15, paint match/chrome delete.
Got my lift installed today... Eibach Coilover 2.0 fronts and Pro Truck Sport rears.
Rides nice, stiffer than stock but not too stiff, just more planted. No more nose dive on braking and body roll seems a little less noticeable.
Eibach ships these preset to level the truck, but the tech made sure to adjust to get rid of the lean, and even had me verify it was where I wanted it before he put it on the alignment rack. The alignment is spot on feel wise, so that's good. Remains to be seen how the tires will wear over time.

Michael's Toyota in Bellevue did a good job installing and aligning, and for a good price.
I think it turned out well, happy with the kit and the stance, and so far I endorse the Eibachs if anyone is looking for a decent level/lift without spending a ton on it.

Had the good dudes at Demello install their Baja bumper along with some BD gear. Highly recommend them! They went above and beyond.
