I'm not a fan of clowns for ONE reason.

My old man MADE me watch Stephen King's IT when I was 6-7 with him back when it was a TV movie.
Scared the living shit out of me....showered with the door open, and as far as humanely possible from the drain with eyes on it at ALL times for about a month or so (for those that don't know...watch the 80's movie)
Since then, every scary/horror movie has been almost comedic to me.....even bought the movie and watched it for nostalgic reasons....I still hate clowns though.

With that said...I'm watching this as soon as it comes out!

    Am I crazy?

Plenty planned thanks to all of you.
The trailer looks awesome. I'm not a big Stephen King fan / horror movie fan (most are stupid) but I'm with you. I'll see it as soon as it comes out.

I love the dark dirty horror movies. Old, rusty basements with the single hanging lightbulb (usually swaying) dripping water, dusty fog....then BAM the fucken house cat pops out and scares you worse than anything in the rest of the movie.
Ive never been a fan of horror movie story lines. Too predictable. But love the gore. Who doesnt like seeing a reflection in the mirror only to see the skin falling off and maggots crawling out of your own flesh.

Meh. That's how children of the corn was for me. Haha kinda just a shit show. But I since then it has become comedic for me. Not my kind of horror flick through. Still... Interesting to see a remake. I kinda love the revival of older scary flicks.

That's great I never thought of watching that one after a scary movie. My go to especially after something freaky is Madagascar 3.

I'm going to see "It". I like horror movies I also don't mind remakes I like to see if they can do a good job with the new one. I thought the Halloween remake was pretty good with white zombie as the director. But I'm definitely a fan of the old ones. I like the old slasher films.
