need help to decide which of these options will do better to lift rear. want to get between 2.75 and 3" to match 4.25 front lift. i do not offroad, but do tow a boat sometimes to the ramp.

    1. toytec(deaver) aal 3 pack progressive with 1.5" toytec shackle

    2. icon expansion pack leafs conbined with toytec 1.5" shackle

    3. single toytec(deaver) aal with toytec 1.5" shackle
i do not want my truck to go way down when i hook boat to tow it.

which be a better option. i know there are customs leaf packs, but cost a lot too.

    Hey Cubano4v16k,
I did option 1 a few months back (+ poly shackle bushings), + the toytec aluma 2.0 shocks (you will need longer shocks regardless the brand). I got every bit of 2.75 and maybe as much as 3 out of it. Bed bounce did not get better or worse.
Removing the stock shackle bushings was the hardest part, the whole job would have been easier with two people.
Toytec may be able to give you some better spring guidance for your specific needs.

Just do the shackles from CB +3 and an AAL.

Going aftermarket leaf springs is always a mixed bag.

yes i spoke with david from couchbuilders. and he told me to do a +3 shackles and AAL, but he recomended a 1" alcan, but they do not make anymore i guess. will the toytec single leaf work with +3 couchbuilders. will that give me 3 in lift

the +3 shackle from cb will give me 1.75" lift so i do not want to aal and be over 3 inches. i do not know if the rear wil be too high to the front.

I would just stick with the 1.75 shackles and then see if you can eek out an extra inch somehow, or lower your front down to 3 inches of lift.

I have 3 inches up front and CB+3 and still maintain 1.2-1.3 inches of rake.

Search on here for the icon rxt. Some people have had issues with them. They were on my to do list though. I don’t remember ever hearing anything bad about the Deavers. I have a CB shackle and I added airbags for when I want to tow or haul stuff. I have an onboard compressor and can adjust the height of my rear by 1-2” with the airbags.

yes this is the issue. i have a 3.5 front spindle lift with blistain 5100 top setting now. so 6" lift. rear is 4" block and blistain 3-4" lift shocks.
i want to drop front to the 3.5 spindles lift and low serting 5100 which will give me 3.5 + .87 from 5100= 4- 4.5 lift. I NEED TO MATCH REAR. DAVID TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE 5100 REAR SHOCK SINCE IT WILL WORK AND GET THE +3 SHACKLES CB. AND THE AAL. but he said alcan leaf, which i can t find. was looking at toytwc or deaver single leaf. to get me to 2.75 or 3" of rear leaf. and want to see if that dongle aal will work fine for my needs with the cb +3shackles.. i do not do offroad, just tow a 5000lb boat in summer sometimes to beach

You should check how much real world lift a single toytec/deaver add a leaf gives. That would solve a lot of your problems.

I think you have to call or fill out an order form for alcan and they custom build them.
