Looking to buy a 2010-up Tundra CC...which ones to stay away from?

Ive been out of the tundra game for a while (In a seqouia) which models would you stay away from?

ive heard people say stay away from the 2012..

Do all the years have the roll down back window (a must for me)

 

From what I've seen, the 13 is the best for the "second gens" as far as problems go and all crewmax have the roll down back window. I can't attest for +14 models.

Someone can correct me.

 

thats what i thought...i have heard that the 11-13 dont have the roll down back window...i cant get a definite answer

 

All second / third gen Crew Max tundras have the roll down back window

 

All 07+up Tundra crew max have the roll down rear window. The double cab does not.

 

I had a 2010 and the one thing I can think of that might differentiate the model years would be the steering rack. Here is a thread about the racks and revisions.

It seems all years have had the common issues like cam tower leaks and front diff growl.

 

Minus a fuel pump recall mine has been trouble free for the nearly 70k miles I've put on it. 117k miles currently.
