New in Columbia County, NY

Hi everyone...

Been trolling for a couple of weeks, but I guess it's time to post an intro.

Moved up to Hillsdale from Westchester, where I lived most of my life, after retiring from almost 30 years of teaching.

The last pickup I owned was almost 40 years ago, and yes, it was a Toyota.

Now, with 5 acres and a pretty long driveway, I began looking for a truck and came upon a 2007 DC 5.7L with 110,000 miles on it, with a plow, confirmed usage by previous owner for his own driveway for the past ten years he owned it as the vehicle's second owner. My plan for the plow is the same...just plowing my own driveway.

Being retired, with no commute, I hope this is a lifetime purchase, worthy of maintaining and upgrading.

I'm pretty into bicycles, used to mountain bike mostly, but now enjoying the dirt roads and little traffic around here.

I also have a 1984 BMW R80ST that's a blast to ride as well.
