Sub graphs for Crewmax Boxes

@Vector W8 , A few more questions please:

I used high grade silicone to seal every seam internally. Any issues using DAP clear silicone from Home Depot?
You will need to carefully enlarge the hole to get the sub to sit flush.

Then I stuffed the enclosure with fiberfill Did you go with the loose fiberfill or fabric sheets?
Then I made sure I used the foam seal on the back of the 12" subs and carefully pre drilled pilot holes to screw in to in the enclosure. Do the speakers come with the foam seal or did you have to make one? If fabricated, what specs and where'd you buy?
I made sure the seal was air tight.
You would have a hard time pressing my woofer and getting it to move its that air tight.
It performs unbelievably well. Hits 16hz without any problem. And is capable of holding a perfectly flat curve.
I would put them up against anything in competition.
Did you tac down the wires inside the box to prevent them from rattling or will the fiberfill address this?
What amp did you use for your build?
Did you leave stock door speakers or change those out as well?

I like how you put it; "within threshold". Nothing wrong with creating a baseline. You can always make adjustments for fine tuning. Of course there s sub break-in to consider also, so it will take some time before the true sub performance can be gauged.

It would not fit my truck. It will fit a 2000-06.
