I prefer black fender flares without rivets for my 2017 Tundra. Suggestions?

I'm a big fan of the Bushwacker Extend-a-Fender Flares. Just got them installed last week. The fit is great.

Looks great! Wonder if wrapping them in body color would work?

I also prefer the clean look without the rivets or bolts. The extend a flares are really the riveted flares without the rivers. All of the dimensions are exactly the same. I was scared at first because I thought they would stick out too much.

Can anyone chime in on how far past the factory fender any of these stick out? I'm really interested in a set without the rivets but want to make sure they will offer the bit of protection that I'm looking to gain.

I have a set of brand new Bushwacker OEM style fender flares in the garage. Haven't installed them yet because I found these. If shipping to Canada was more reasonable I probably would have bought them already. I really love the smaller flare. Functional but subtle.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-2014-2021-Toyota-Tundra-OE-Fender-Flares-Bolt-On-No-Drill-Set-4/233573912183?fits=Model%3ATundra

EDIT: NOT MY TRUCK. These are from the eBay ad. I haven't ordered yet because shipping to Canada is 1.5X the purchase price! Otherwise I would have them already.

Fully agreed and Patrick @2020Platinum has a great video on it and the flare install.

    Some stuff
i gave up the bushwackers and installed a set of these and had them paint matched. the are the same as the ones from airdesign but warn sells them for less. awhile back, warn had them on sale for almost 50% off so i grabbed them. they fit great and because of how they mount, they won't slide around and rub off your paint. i still remove them twice a year to polish and seal what's underneath though.

Pretty sure sparks sells the bushwhacker/OEM in OP's color as a stock item, black too I think. That's the way I'd go if they were available in Barcelona Red

Yes, I think they run them through their paint shop for colors.

I actually removed my OEM fender flares from my 1794 because I like the lines of the front and side panels and I felt the flares blunted these lines too much. However, after seeing these on your truck I need to rethink fender flares again. Very nice looking Tundra!

That's not my truck - it's just a copy/paste of the truck from the eBay ad.

But my truck is nice too :p

I have those flares. Took off the Bushwacker Extenda Fenders (smooth flares). I love them so far!

Theyre only about 0.75" wide, my wheels are +12 with 295/70s for reference.

I got Bushwhacker oe flares that are still in the box after a year and a half. Bought paint for them but thought about wrapping them. But I'm really liking these thin black ones.

Like @Rockgate my flares are sitting in the garage uninstalled. With COVID I didn't get them painted and installed. But then saw the eBay ones and pics like @junior shared and are about to change my mind. I would have purchased them but shipping to Canada is $327 USD for a $220 USD part! So I have been waiting for post COVID and hope to go back to family trips down to Montana every few months for a pick up.

 that is tough. It wouldn't help a ton but if you do go for em, you could try making an offer to the seller to save a little money on the part itself

I tried asking them for a lower cost shipping option but they refused. Hopefully I will find another way.

Do you mind if I ask where do you get the protective film?
