I would have been happy with stock, but the guy (our 13y old son) under the car, wanted aggressive offset and bigger tires size.....hence why he's under there helping me fix the rub. ;)

Which I am happy to report is completely gone in forward and reversed full crank. Removed flaps and pushed/pulled the front liner forward.

I know some have had a rattle from bolts on the side of the glove box coming loose. You have to open the passenger door and pop off the panel on the side of the dash to tighten them.

    Looks real good

Nice poke too! I think it's identical to my +10, because of yours being 9" and mine 8.5'

Now. With a few subtle changes to make it ours. And I gave it a quick clean today.

I think I'm more in love with the blue now, than when we bought it.

Next up.....small lift to give my new tires some extra clearance.

I saw this decal online and wasn’t sure how it would look on a truck. Now I see how clean it looks and makes me want it now.

I didn't think it would impact view on our truck....but it completely changed the look.

Not to mention, ride quality of the tires compared to my stock H/T. I have zero issues with them in the snow in 2WD, which I couldn't say about the Dueler H/T tires

33s on 17s for certain. I’m not going wild with a lift and slicing and dicing just yet. I swore to myself I’d stay low key and get something either gun metal or black. But every time I see a set of darker bronze, they look really tasty with just about every color.

I hear you, but I feel like bronze is starting to surge up and is going to wind up just like the black wheels were. Everybody will have them. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I went gun metal to keep the improved but subtle theme. Same reason for the 10" DD exhaust instead of an 8 or straight type. I'm trying hard to resist a lift, but even if I lift it I won't be going more than something like the OME or Falcon route. I have to keep it simple enough to stay on the road, because this is the only vehicle I've got.

Anyway, I saw a set of Icons in 17" that looked really nice. I'll see if I can find them and pop up a pick.

I hear you! By the time I’m ready to pull the trigger they may well have flooded my area. Who knows. All I know is it’s going to be a tough choice because all three color options are solid. It may well come down to what I can get the best deal on. And as for the lift, I’m all about less is more also. 2” in the front, max... I’ve really enjoyed doing business with Toytec so I may well go that route. The Tundra bed is already high enough and I’d hate myself if it lost any more its utilitarian quality. There are so many options for pretty much everything. We’re spoiled!

I agree on a small lift, but I also like the rake, so anything done to the front has to happen out back too.

That sounded WAY dirtier than I meant it!:rofl::rofl:

If I were going with 17" that would be my choice. Good looking wheel, and light IIRC. I just don't want to deal with the tight clearance on the calipers, so I stuck to 18s. Love my Ray 10s. :)

We are planning 2:1 (5100 middle and 1" on back). I want some rake for hauling stuff in the bed.

The Icon Vector was the only 17" we were considering. They were near impossible to find in Canada. The one place I did find them, it was phantom stock and I didn't want to deal with 4WP to order them as they don't have the best reputation based on online reviews.

Hey Cavalry Blue Tundra Owners, the trucks look great. I was finally able to take some pictures of mine. I added new rims, window tint, and even a Captain America shift handle. ( The blue almost matches our blue exactly.) Bought a hood bulge, but it doesn't match close enough in my opinion. Any comments would be great.TundraPhoto1.jpg TundraPhoto2.jpg TundraPhoto3.jpg Hood Bulge.jpg
