It would be really interesting if it was a new FJ. It kinda suprises me they even want new model introductions with how popular TRD Pro has become across all three "Offroading" Rigs. But with the new Bronco coming out, and Jeep introducing new "trail hawk" Models every couple months it very well could be some crazy 4x4.

Honestly, I love the FJ, but would love to see another body style too! Or even a Hilux type vehicle in the us!

I'll be keeping my Tundra as it'll haul the family nicely, but I would consider trading in our upcoming 4Runner if they reintroduce what would be a killer FJ type vehicle. My wife has always wanted a "Jeep" styled vehicle but I refuse to buy an actual Jeep product, so this would be the perfect fit to keeping her happy and secretly myself.

I've always said that Toyota would make a killing on a "Jeep/Bronco" style 4x4. If they could do something like the 1986 4Runner where it had a removable hard/soft top I would buy it in a heart beat. The girlfriend has been bugging me like crazy to get a TRD Pro 4Runner. It's tempting but this might help me temp her out of it for a while.

I'm with you I like the idea of a jeep style vehicle and taking the doors off to cruise around summer time but would never buy a jeep product. This could be an interesting product, if its the new fj wonder what engine it will have?

Here's hoping they bring back a solid axle for the front! Regardless, I'm already saving up to get one of these no matter how it looks. I trust Toyota and I need a 2nd rig to beat on.

I'd bet a if Toyota created a true off road capable 4x4 Jeep styled vehicle it would have a cult following. I'd love to buy a Jeep but I don't trust the reliability of Chrysler products and just recently wished Toyota would make something to compete with Jeep.

I hear that man, I live 25 miles South of DC... Its a freaking disaster around here. Only thing is, there aren't to many places I can escape to out here... I'm determined to move West in a few years. I grew up country and I plan on returning to it.

What's a suburb? Isn't that one of those things where people all live right next to each other? I thought that was just in Hollywood

Come on man! You have the Shenandoah Valley. Those are gorgeous mountains and awesome people.

Not far from DC and there's a great network of trails up and down the Blue Ridge Prkway. You just have to drive a little bit for it...but we'll worth it.

Will it fit in one of those small Bay doors?

True, I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, traffic just makes it a nightmare. I do need to drive the blue ridge parkway someday.

But guys... Since it's a ft, I doubt we will ever see it in production... Look at the ft-1 aka new supra... Released in Jan of 13 and the newest thing i read they are kinda ditching most of the designs from it for the "2017 supra"

Ft stands for future Toyota. C stands for concept. So hopefully they hit production. It's just a waiting game?

Oh I know about ft but think of the redesigns it will go through in order to make it into production. And knowing Toyota, it'll end up being a hybrid

They've done pretty well on the 4x4 by offering both hybrid and non hybrid options. Hopefully that remains the same. I ain't care for none Prius offroader.
