So I've posted a thread about this issue I was having before.... here's the work I've done to my truck: 275/75/18 destination XT tires, 1.25in wheel spacers, rear airbags, fox 2.0 suspension all around, 1in rear blocks. The issue would be that my alignment is perfectly fine, I've had it aligned at 3 different shops within the last 2 weeks. Once the alignment is taken care of, I drive my truck and notice the steering wheel is cocked to the right about 10 degrees. I've taken it on multiple roads to see if the issue was just road crown, but no matter where I go the steering wheel is cocked to the right. I had the fox suspension installed through 4wheel parts and made sure to tell them before they even touch the truck to make sure the steering wheel is centered before the align it. I went back to them a week after the install and told them the issue and they said they'd check it out. Needless to say, they said the alignment is perfect and they cant do anything about it. I removed the wheel spacers and had another shop align it and told them the issue with the steering wheel and they said they'd take care of it. Again, steering wheels is crooked when its aligned. For a lift that costs almost $4000, I'd expect to have my wheel straight and its really bugging me that the issue cant be resolved. Its super annoying driving down the road with a crooked steering wheel. Does anyone have this same issue or a way for me to center my wheel?

    In progress…
I had a similar issue with my truck when it was brand new, except the steering wheel was cocked to the left about 15 degrees. The dealership aligned the front end 3 times and when they were done it was the same as before. I gave up on them and took it to a Goodyear service center. They aligned it (it was way off). Steering wheel tracks true now. Does your truck pull to the left or right? Regardless I’d let a different shop take a shot at it.

Truck doesn't pull right or left, it tracks straight just the wheel isn't centered.

Why an alignment after removing spacers? Or was it just to get the steering wheel straightened?

It’s not your suspension, wheel spacer, tires, wheels, etc...,but incompetent techs that are performing the alignment. Adjusting the steering wheel is apart of the alignment. I have the Fox 2.0 suspension system with stock UCA’s on 275/70/18 Wildpeaks and Method Wheels. My alignment is 0 toe and camber with +2-2.5* castor and steering wheel at 12 o’clock (straight).

Whenever you swap suspension parts up front will throw off toe, castor, camber, and wheel position. A good alignment shop is hard to find at times.

Just be sure my spacers weren't causing any problems with the alignment.

It truly is hard to find a shop who knows what they're doing. I've been to multiple places with no luck.

Are you a wrench turner? The reason I ask is because it can be fixed in about 30 seconds adjusting the Tierods. If you were close I would do it for you.

2018 TRD CM with 14000 mi. After Americas Tire put on BFG's and Methods my alignment was off and pulling to the right as well as my steering wheel 10 degrees to the right. Took it to two different alignment shops and still no fix. Will be taking it to the dealer out of disparity for another alignment just for giggles to see what I can do next!

I’ve tried doing it my self in the past with no luck, knowing my luck I’ll end up throwing the alignment completely off
