This is my alignment after the install of Total Chaos uca's with bushings. I was hoping for +7° like others have seen so I can run 37s with 0 offset wheels. I'm on 5100s maxed out with. 25' spacer. My numbers prior to install was at +4° on oem uca's. How did I lose caster when I asked for max numbers forward? Thanks for any help

All they did was set your Toe. You didn’t even get an alignment done.

I "believe" with Camburg only you achieve 7+.

They have 3 to 4 built into them.

    Pros and cons to that.

That's what I said to the guy there. My numbers barely moved! At the end I wasn't charged but now I'm concerned that I can't get the numbers I need in caster. Hopefully they just didn't know what they were doing

TC keep the uniball more forward, closer to OE location, than Burg.

Why do you want so much caster? All you need is between 2-3*

I do not believe so. Eccentrics can only do so much. You can visually see the difference in uniball placements.

IMO you only want about 4* left 4.5* right caster for what you wanna do. 7* can cause problems with your setup. Having run both I think you're better off with the TC UCAs and it should be easy to hit those numbers. You just need a real alignment and quality shops can be hard to find.

For what it’s worth, these are my alignment numbers with stock UCA and a 2” lift up front. Hope it helps, or at least gives you a jumping point.

My ‘14 Tundra I got 4-5* postive with TC uca’s and 6* positive with Camburg uca’s. Your alignment shop tech sucks.

My current truck with Fox coilovers with stock uca’s I have 2*-2.5* postive castor with 0 toe and camber.

So I went to another spot and they were able to do this...
    20210127_154425.jpg

Only problem now is, the truck pulls to the right. The first alignment, truck drove great but no caster for th 37s. Now I have the caster, but it wanders right. Is this normal? Thanks!

The caster should be higher on the right, not lower as indicated by your print out. Toe looks much better now. It'd be better if they could 0 the camber but sometimes you have to sacrifice camber for caster. How much time did they spend on it?

Pulls to least positive caster. Add road crown and there is no surprise you drift right.

As alluded to by @14burrito, road crown is why you generally set the right side caster higher/ more positive.

Have you driven your truck hard off road? I bent my coil buckets in, toward the engine and had trouble with alignments. I've since had the buckets pulled back out and a brace over the engine connecting both buckets installed. But, that's 'cause I drive it really hard off road.
I'm curious 'cause that's a significant amount of time to spend on the alignment and they should be able to get it a little better unless there's another factor like bent buckets.

Naw, I have only been doing light off roading here in Texas, nothing equivalent to Cali. Mostly overland type trails
