Welcome! What year(s) are you looking at? Any plans to tow? Do you need to fit a family inside?

It all comes down to what your intended usage will be. Tell us a bit about what your interests are and what you plan on using it for. Welcome and good luck!

Well I am going to be buying a brand new due to the deal I can get on a brand new one being a Toyota employee. I will be doing some towing from time to time and also have a four year old and wife wants another one

Being a Toyota employee, I would think you have the inside track of getting a Tundra. I would definitely recommend 5.7 for towing, CM for the family, and 4x4 to get you out of nasty places (it's always good to have it and not need it than the other way around). Is it easier for the Toyota employee to get a Tundra Pro?
