Went on a date today... made sure I had 45 in my ten plys and hit all the bumps with my rough AF 5/2 leaf pack. She did not complain and didn’t even fall out of the truck the first time down. Winner for sure ;)

Do people still have front sway bars?

Can you please post a picture??? Wife’s Suburban Just replaced a front shock under warranty. Still rides like crap.
Looking to swap everything out with Fox 2.5s up front and 2.0s out back.
    Did you use Shocksims??
Trying to decide if I want the front leveled or not.
May go with Falcons but would need new springs and top hats which but still cheaper than the Fox setup.

I did use shocksims. I just did the Fox 2.0 because the vehicle is primarily used as a glorified minivan.

I suspect the OP is experiencing the dreaded bed bounce that you feel over concrete roads. It’s a high frequency bounce that you feel in your chest and knees. This is what my wife complained about even after trying 500lbs in the bed to help.

Don’t waste money on the sway bar if you are trying to fix bed bounce in the cabin. Tried that on my 2019 crewmax and it made it worse. I can only imagine that it made the left and right side even more connected and stiff but ymmv.

No just seems to be a common mod once you start going off road and with the additional spring rate of a coil over lift it seems unnecessary. Also can fit a tight engine bash plate if it’s gone.FC69822A-8146-40F5-88DC-7446EE61BF64.jpg

This topic, and threads like this here are really interesting and very baffling to say the least. :monocle:
How can some here like myself have a truck that rides absolutely great while others here hate the ride? Does anyone know the exact number of different wheel packages and shocks installed for each trim package?, there can't be that many. My Sport with the 20''wheels with the rear bar is definitely one of the best driving trucks I've ever owned, and other Sport owners I've seen here say the same. This problem has to be a tire/shock combination problem. Would love to see if someone with this problem actually solves this with a combination of different tires/shocks....

No modifications so far... that's why I'm here.
I’ve been thinking about going with the exact setup. Any regrets? (I’ll be on the looking for when you post them...)

I think my comment in post 4 sums it up.

Everyone has a different interpretation of what ride quality really means and how they feel it should feel.

Sounds good. Zero regrets. It's a super reliable, and nice riding set up.
