Lol, that was my first time in Colorado and driving through mountains like that. By the end of my stay I was much more comfortable with the winding roads. . . . We don't have many mountains in Texas

Ya just do it! Most of us have ours off.

I notice it on twisty roads at high speeds, decent amount of body roll.. but honestly you get used to it, and it doesn’t feel unsafe at all. Also it definitely does give the truck true independent front suspension; keeping with the sway bar attached makes the front end linked and transfers wheel travel from side to side.

I'm not 100% sure, but when I looked into their slidplates I recall RCI or a member saying they were already built in a way so they do not interfere with lift and the tires (pre trimmed) I guess you can say.

I grew up there when the lost boys came out. West side for life. Well until you get older and stop fist fighting at steamers because you can actually go to jail. Been surfing Pearson Arrows since mid nineties when Oakley Frogskins were cool the first time and airs were only for N Fletcher.

definitely sounds like we maybe have a generation gap haha.. but I live in Capitola, born and raised Aptos though.. so it would be East Side for me, but really The Flats or Platforms was always my stomping ground. Either way, thats awesome.. I am also too old for all the hood rat shit but it’s still very present here especially at the beaches.
Anywho, keep us posted on these 37s!

17" 0 offset Standards? Do they still make these in bronze as pictured? I cannot find them and I'm gonna need to have them.

Also, hello all, lurker coming out of hiding here. I just picked up a low miles '17 1794. Most recently coming from a '02 F350 with the legendary 7.3 diesel. It finally gave up the ghost. This will be my second Tundra. I had a '11 DC on OMEs and 35"s a while back. Also previously built a BITCHING '07 FJC in the late '00s and was heavily involved in that forum back then under this same name. Glad to be back in the Toyota forums.

And yes, the fact that I am posting this here means I will be on 37s. This is not my first time ;)

They were black rims. They sand blasted and then powder coated

I do not believe I could fit 18 inch wheels and 37s on my current setup but I’m sure others are doing it or it has been done. Sorry I don’t have definitive information for you.
