Curious to see if anyone has done any aftermarket seats in their 2nd & 3rd gen's. I am in the market for some and am interested to see everyone's setups. Thanks guys

I would like to get some Mastercraft Baja RSAs or PRP Enduros but down the line. Not imperative right now. Are you blowing through whoops or jumping your truck or just looking for more support/comfort off-road?

Mainly looking for comfort as a daily driver. Stock seats got some tears in them on both sides so I am looking to get some new seats. I would appreciate some bolstering. I always feel like I am sliding around in the stock seats. I was looking at PRP Enduro's Elite Recliner but they just don't look like they would have enough bolstering on the sides. Would appreciate anyone's opinions/personal experience

I've sat in the Enduro Elite. For a daily driver weekend warrior, there's enough bolster. I feel like anymore and getting in and out would be too tough. Huge side bolsters are nice when you're sitting in the seat, but when you're just out trying to get tacos, it sucks. Remember, you have a door. You're not climbing into a race truck (unless you are, then I need a ride). Not to mention that the side bolsters get BEAT on daily drivers.

I have the same issue with my 2010 Ex-work truck.

I just picked up a nice set of 2011 Sequoia power leather front seats. Once I get them wired up and installed, I can post pics.

Did you ever get them installed? Warning. I got 2011 Sequoia front leather seats and put them in my 2012 Tundra. The driver seat hooked up perfect. The passenger side though, the wires don’t match. I tried splicing and got the power to work, but I have an airbag light on. The code says it’s the occupant sensor. Still having issues bc I don’t know which wires go together bc the colors aren’t the same.

Yes, got mine working with seat heaters and airbag sensor and seat belt sensor work perfect. 2010 Tundra 4.6 (shouldn't matter what V8) with Sequoia 2011 leathers.

You'll need to use the connector that came with the Sequoia seat and splice it in. Only one wire is tricky because the tundra connector has 2x white wires and the Seq has a white and tan (BE in wiring diagram). One is for the airbag sensor and the other for the seat heater signal.

HTH, let me know if you need more details or pictures.
