    Hey all,

I apologize if this was brought up already, I searched and did not see it anywhere. I have my Tundra for just about 3 weeks and I noticed that when I use the Aux cord or when I use the regular radio, the sound is not loud at all. In fact, I just set up my XM and the XM is over 50% louder when I put the volume up to max. I have not set up Bluetooth as I prefer a wired connection through the AUX cable.
As I put in the title, it is the JBL system, everything stock. Anyone having a similar issue? Any easy fix for this? Is it possible that it can just be a fuse, or setting, etc.

Make sure the volume on your phone is turned all the way up?

Yes, phone volume is all the way up when I have it connected via the AUX cable. But even with the regular AM FM radio all the way up, it cannot hold a candle to the XM at max. Literally over 50% louder.

Yes my 2020 does the same thing. the only thing you can do is upgrade the system. The JBL is a POS.

Thats shitty... but thank you for letting me know. Does anyone know the exact issue? I mean they are obviously capable of high output sound as is the case with XM. They should sound the same all around. I'm sure someone who dabbles in the inner workings of audio would be able to pinpoint that. Thank you for the input though, I guess a new system will be in order.
