    Hello all,
I'm new to the Tundra family, but am an avid Toyota man. I come from the 4Runner group. Short story is my daughters 2013 Tacoma got totaled by insurance so I handed down to her my 2011 4Runner SR5 4wd. I then took the insurance check and went car shopping for myself (of course). I found a 2011 Tundra Regular Cab Short Bed (RCSB) or as we Okie's call them "Short-Wide" with a 5.7 and 4x4. I purchased it from a dealer in Phoenix for $15,998 and it had 109,300 miles. I flew in on Sunday Dec. 27 and picked it up. My first business was to test it off-road so I drove it through Bulldog Canyon on Trail 10. I made it through mostly unscathed ;)

Update: I may be in the market to sell this wonderful rig. I've got the number $18,500 in my head and it will come with the set of Vision Beadlock wheels (no tires) in the back. I've also still got the front and rear stock bumpers and exhaust if the new owner wants them. Mileage right now is at 125,500. Everything is running great but the bed and door on driver side still have a little scrubbing.

Without further comment here is my new ride:

The RCSB model is so awesome looking! Great color and I'm glad that her car getting totaled worked out for the best for all of you.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody!! This is a pretty active forum compared to some others I'm in.
I never leave any of my vehicles stock, so don't get get mad at me in the future when this RCSB gets modified. I know I want to go back to 18" aftermarket wheels with less offset and 35" tires (maybe 37's). It is currently on 33x12.5x20". I need to lift the front to level it and trim some plastic or just remove the mud flap. I've scheduled a Dealer oil change for Thursday because I like using Toyota oil and filters for the engine. I plan on changing my own diff's and transfer case oil with Mobile 1 synthetic 75W90 after I buy the crush washers. I might as well drain and refill the transmission too.

Thanks again everybody!! I officially completed my first MOD. I had 4WP install a Rough Country leveling spacer on my front struts. I made the mistake of replacing the shocks/struts on my 4Runner in the past, and it took me 2 days to complete. This time I figured I'd let someone else have the fun. It was dark when they got done, so no before/after pictures but it really turned out great looking. They also did the front alignment and it fixed an issue I thought was bad tire balance, so I'm Happy Happy. My next MOD will be installing some aftermarket eBay bumpers. All my tools are at my buddy's house as I'm helping him install a body lift on his 4Runner, so it'll be a week or two before get to the bumpers. Maybe my fender flares will show up before then and be next MOD but IDK.

Installed Hooke Road Bumpers front and rear. It might have lost some weight on the front (stock front bumper is a beast). Definitely gained weight with rear bumper. I really like the steps on the corner and the tow plug relocation.

I replaced my wiper switch from the Base 2 speed stalk to the better stalk with intermittent wipers. It was a quick and easy install. Why Toyota cuts that corner I'll never understand. The 2009-2013 Tundra shares the same P/N 84652-02610 as 2009-2011 Corolla, Camry and Tacoma for that part.

I picked up a couple of Regular Cab doors from a fellow member. I want to use the window motor, regulator and switches in my "BASE". These are the biggest and heaviest truck doors I've ever seen..

I installed Roadmaster Active Suspension on my rear leaf springs. I really don't notice them driving (better or worse). They did lift the rear up 1" so that made me happy!!
