    I would swap the harness adaptor between headlights, see if problem moves. Could be a loose pin, bad wire crimp, see if problem is harness issue. Unless they're physically different R/L

    Seat covers, dash mat, ext. Trans. Cooler, sumo springs, oem pwr fld tow mirrors
    Defective product? You could also direct power them with jumpers to Troubleshoot
