I normally handle altitude pretty well with lots of water. Honestly though I don't remember drinking anything this past weekend... Seemed to do alright at 9000 but I will heed your warning

If you handle 9000 well then you'll probably be fine. Altitude doesn't really kick in until the end of your second day, and then it gets tough. Strange things start happening and it's VERY underestimated

For most in CO, it isn't a problem. Thanks for the warning though.

Agreed, but I have friends in Denver that struggle at times. It was kind of a joke, but some reasoning behind it. Ive lived at this elevation for 5 years and still wake up hungover some days even when I haven't been drinking

For some, it does bother them. I have worked on top of Pikes Peak for 3 months without issues. I was tired due to installing underground primary into the ground. Pretty good workout.

Isn't Alma still the highest city, elevation wise in CO?

If we are talking about drugs...Denver all the way.

There's no shortage up here either. My only consumption these days are a couple chocolates to put me to sleep at night.

The consumption is still a little on the illegal side for me

And a fireable offense where I work so I stay away from it

Never have used, never needed to.

Same problem at my work. Until it is off the federal schedule one list, you will be terminated.

Yep, I have had co-workers give up a six figure a year job to smoke pot. Must be good.

It's very rare for me. It's not something I really enjoy. I have a hard time sleeping after my wife left me with her kids and would rather a chocolate to go to sleep than any sleep aid out there. Don't read me wrong, I'm not into THC. But, I do need sleep. I only eat the CBD and it doesn't get you high. High hasn't been interesting to me in 20 years

I have no problem with people that use MJ. Never have. Some people feel like they are second class citizens if they use it. I have seen a lot more distruction from alcohol than MJ.

The chocolates are CBD edibles. The CBD is the medicinal oil that has none of the psychoactive affects. It's a very powerful healing chemical, not that I need it to heal anything. It just helps me sleep and has no hangover. It's proven to cure cancer cells and that's why the country is getting more open about the medical, not recreational.

I rarely even drink. College was a debacle so I pretty much quit all mood altering substances, including alcohol

$20 lasts me a few weeks. Like I said, I'm not a regular. Just when my mind is racing. Not only do I deal with personal crap my job carries a ton of stress and 50 people reporting to me (always bitching).

I still couldn't use the CBD Chocolates. Still has 15g THC.
