Ran across this posting this evening and will be going to take a look in person tomorrow morning. So far what I am seeing looks good as far as frame rust and miles are. The owner did facetime me and let me take a look at engine and did not appear to have any oil seeping out. Only a 2WD, but cannot find any 4wd around here with frames that havent gone to crap. Current mileage is 115k and owner said he has not changed timing belt, so if I purchase I will plan on doing that almost right away. Also has Gipson exhaust, K&N air filter, and grill guard.

Asking price is listed for $10,900.....what do you all think?

Looks like a great looking truck! I would just be 100% sure regarding frame rust. Make sure that rust has not been hidden by a spray coating.

Yes, owner said there is no coating he has put on the frame to try and hide any rust, and nothing was there when he purchased it. From the pictures it looks good, but I will confirm tomorrow with my own eyes.

Price seems fair if it has no rust. Looks like front end is slightly raised (or back is slightly low)? I paid more for a 2005 with more miles but market seems to be higher in the West and previous owner did recent timing belt, Bilstein 5100s, stereo with backup camera and camper shell. I also have worn paint on the roof.

I read a for sale ad that says K&N. I walk away.

Yep. When I see ads, I’m looking for GranPa trucks. Low miles, no lifts, no Goofy CAI and well serviced. Helps when they slap some Michelin Defenders on before the sale. :rimshot:

I believe the color is called Salsa Red. Nice truck. I would Buy it, not only bcuz its same as mine ,04/2wd-DC, but sounds reasonable if minimal rust and no other issues exist.
