    Yes please
Do you have your magnify glass mounted to your drill bit? That is pretty damn creative.

I was just at the dealership and they had this. It was all plastic, if metal I would have bought.

Hmmm, that is strange. LE not supposed to pull over mail carriers. Whatever violations they observe they only have option of reporting it to USPS. Illegal to interfere with mail route. Guess he missed that day in Academy. Appreciate the compliment on Cooper.

Well the numbers are not great for an alignment, but the truck tracks straight and the steering wheel is straight. Not going to be able to fit 37s without new UCAs

    More than a few.....
So I've had the car a couple weeks and couldnt resist my first 2 mods.....

Front and rear TRD sway bars feel absolutely amazing. Install was a breeze, hardest part was taking off and putting on the stock front skid....had to glue one of the plastic screw inserts.

I torqued everything per stock spec. It might be my imagination but I think there is a slight vibration sounds at low speed from the front. Is this the new truck and sway bar just settling in?

I know the numbers suck. That is firestone having my truck for 5 hours today, partly because they broke the passanger inner and outer tie-rod. The lifetime alignment has cost firestone over $500 on the latest 2 alignments. The one back in may, the steering wheel was clocked almost 45 degrees to go straight and it pulled hart left. They covered the $100 cost of the alignment I got the next day from a truck shop.
I emailed Icon earlier this week asking what I should expect with the tubular UCAs, they said near max caster, while in the green....that did not happen.

Managed to wrap up relocating my media port to inside the console today. And swapped out some red AJT and MESO parts for black.

There are two USB ports - the bottom one is the relocated CarPlay/media port (with my cplay2air adapter) and the top one is charging only

What's your suspension setup? With UCAs you should be able to get way better numbers than that. Maybe Firestone (or that Firestone) is not the best place for an alignment for a truck with aftermarket parts and larger tires. Even though you've paid for the lifetime alignment you may want to consider taking that as a loss and find a proper alignment shop or off-road specialty shop to get your front end squared away. Especially if you're about to put new tires on there.

My local Firestone is THE worst place to get an alignment. Icon says the most you'll get for caster is 3.4° using their arms?
My caster is 4.9 DS & 5.6 PS using SPC UCA's. Less on DS to correct for the crown in the road. Looks like they're trying to correct for the crown w/camber, which will cause the tire to wear unevenly.

I also have my alignment cams set @ max caster & don't rub w/35's. No trimming/chopping anywhere.

    Lots of shenanigans.
I too have the lifetime warranty with tires plus (a Bridgestone company who also owns Firestone) I had issues with my alignment and went back every week until they fixed the issue. It took about 4 tries for them to actually do something about it. From my understand Bridgestone owns owns Firestone and tires plus so you can use the lifetime warranty for either company or you could be persistent like me and wait until the local Firestone shop actually does something.
