They have not learned this at my job. So sadly I don’t get any eye candy, and im sure I’m losing sales too

This is one of the reasons I do all my own maintenance/repair. At least as much as I can do which just about everything mechanically related, I don't have a dealer level scan tool but a prices the way they are I just might get one of those also.

I never put 2 and 2 together on that! Ive heard so many Cumming jokes since living here I think im blind to them now. I grew up in the city 10mins south of Cumming, Alpharetta. The joke back when I was growing up was, Call me Alpharetta because im 10 mins from Cumming...

Somewhere online is a short video showing how to use the in/out lines on the tranny cooler on the radiator, and the truck itself to drain/fill your tranny fluid. The concept is disconnect the return line, attach a clear hose which runs into a catch container that is marked so you know how much has come out. Then you start the truck, catch a measured amount, shut the truck off, add the same amount of new fluid equal to what you caught in the container. Then repeat until the fluid coming out and being caught looks new/clean. Then reconnect the return line to the radiator cooler, start and run the truck up to temp...check the fluid level and add enough to get it right on the dipstick.
Cleaner and easier than doing this several times under the truck...but to each his own. Done it both ways, and won't go back to doing this underneath lying sideways or on my back. Just don't overthink it...simple process if you stay focused.
