    I mailed my bill payment on 12/16 to Best Buy and they still haven’t received it.

    Do I need to waste $30 for a stop payment or should I wait another 4 weeks for it to turn up?

    My 4yo niece's Christmas present was delivered YESTERDAY. It was ordered DECEMBER 5!!! I think the USPS and the TSA are on about the same level with quality of people employed. Again, I know there are exceptions but I am speaking of the VAST majorities!
