Need one that still utilizes the Blind Spot Monitor system, heated defroster mainly. Anyone have a aftermarket tow mirrors that works and would recommend?

Ebay and Amazon will have affordable options. Not many have the BSM. Boostautoparts.com has GM style tow mirrors and you can keep your BSM and they can heat both the main mirror as well as the lower. You can also get power fold. They are not a cheap option especially if you want everything I just mentioned. But they seem to be pretty good quality.

I bought these after I crushed the driver side mirror on my 2021 Limited. Retains the BSM and has worked great so far. Only gripe is that the BSM light on the driver side doesn’t fully line up with the small vehicles icon etched out of the mirror glass. Passenger side is fine. Still works but a minor annoyance.

I'll second 1aauto, had them on my 2018 for almost 2 years, no issues.

I just ordered these from a1 auto this morning. I'll put them on this weekend. Reviews seem good. I like the added turn signal and running lights that I don't have now with stock.

Okay, I did see these ones on Amazon so not sure if anyone has bought this one before. One review said it works for the 2019 even this states it works for 2007 -2017 Tundras. Very tempted based on people's reviews.

Looks like you have a 2018? You shouldn't have any issues. The attach points and the pin map is the same for the 3rd gen tundras so if it works for a 2017 you essentially have no differences.

If you search the forum for "Mostplus" there are 3 posts related to these mirrors. All seem positive. I know 2 of the posters have 2020 Tundras and had no issues so you shouldn't have any.

I saw these also but didn't like the style of the lights on them. What is nice that they are $130 less than the ones I ordered.

Got a chance to install the mirrors. I like the look. They fit great and they were a breeze to put on. I haven't driven with them yet but sitting in the driveway they seem fine.

I take it back! The passenger mirror is not convex. It causes a huge blind spot on the passenger side. I have to lean all the way forward to make sure I'm clear on the right. Sucks.

Do you have any problems with passenger side visibility? Today was day one with them and I almost moved over into another car I didn't see.

    Yeah. Have done that too!

It does take a little to get used to the fact that the top passenger mirror is not convex when you expect it to be. I have now resorted to checking the bottom convex mirrors first and the doing a double check with the top mirrors. A little counterintuitive coming from “standard” mirrors but it works for me now.
