Has anybody had a bluish green spot come out in the interior doors. This happened on my back passenger door they replaced it and the one from the factory had one too. Now my buddys 14 had this happen on his front passenger door. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this

i find it strange.. Looks like when it was in the mold the transfer of heat wasnt high enough, why the (black) color is fading..

I am just worried say 5 years down the road it shows up on my dash and they wont cover it. Maybe this will be a recall issue...

I have a similar spot but mine is more blue, I thought at first it was something I did. Now that you say that next time I bet it serviced I'll have to ask about it.

Yes do tell them. See i thought the samething as you did. But at my 5000 mile service i asked them to look at it and see what they thought about it and the service manager is the one that told me that it was a imperfection.

Its not really a safety issue for a recall tho. I would recommend keep it clean and keep it a wet base product like armor all..

This is becoming weirder by the minute. Everybody take pics. Guess that is one thing I don't have to worry about with an 07.

Not you too. Get a hold of the 800 number to toyota. Time that toyota headquarters be aware of this for you guys, so they can find out whats going on here, with this supplier so they can fix this.

I tried a search for more info about this on the web but struck out. I bet there are more green spots out there but maybe being overlooked. Not really something you would look for until brought to your attention like here today. I bet this thread grows.

Took it in to the dealership waiting for answer to see if it's covered under warranty. I have at least 4-5 spots on EVERY door panel!

I have green spots and scratches on 3 of 4 doors of my 2015 CM. At less than 5k miles I'm a little disappointed in the lack of QC from Toyota. That being said, I have yet to take it in for its first service and hope that Toyota will do the right thing.

I have that on both of my front doors... Seems to be a stress point at divider in door storage.

Edited on June 8... Actually only see it on my drivers door.

In a few months our interiors will look like Martian cheetahs. I don't like Martian cheetahs.

Took it in to my dealership and was shot down ! Bastard !! They blame it on the aftermarket leather I installed, saying when they shop who did my upholstery probably didn't take the panel off properly and it turn green !! So I ask the service manager have you seen any spot when you guys install aftermarket leather ? Answer was no. Funny that I used the same guys that they referred me to . Didn't want to argue with him anymore so I just said. Ok , but will try another dealership . i also mentioned to him that this forum had a lot of trucks getting it and to his remark " Toyota does not acknowledged any forums "
