Did you just leave an open cutout or somehow attach the cutoff to be used as a door?

Spent my afternoon cleaning the fucking mess made by a cunt mouse that got into my cabin air filter which caused me to suck the shit in and chew it up with my fan when I turned the heat on. On the plus side, the blower motors are easier to get to than the tacomas, and they are way better quality. On the minus side I had a fucking mouse in there. A fucking mouse got into my truck. What the fuck? Grossest shit ever. I didn't have an issue on my way to work, but when I came out after work and tried to turn the heat on, it sounded like a fucking airplane taking off and gears grinding. Long story short, I got a new filter in there and it's all cleaned out for now, I don't know where or how the mouse is getting in, the plastic by the wipers isn't chewed or anything and it doesn't stink inside the truck... anyone ever have this before?

There are many threads, or maybe just posts, on this. It sounds like the hot tip is to close the fresh air vent (turn recirculate on) every time you leave your truck. That's the current idea on how they're gaining access.

Interesting. So just hit recirc button before you shut it off?

Thanks to a great price and Trd Sparks.... I installed my silver skycolor matched door handles and mirror covers. Also replaced my chrome I force 5.7 badges with Trd pro black badges. Also dropped off grille today to get color matched as well. I purchased another Putco tailgate handle cover. I will be color matching that as well. Starting to come together

Do you have wheel spacers behind those wheels or is that how they sit? My stock rims are powdercoated black too and I love them but wish they were set out a little wider.

I am with you man. They are Toyota wheels. I love them but unfortunately are +60 offset I believe. So the only way would be to go wheel spacers. Which I don't want to do. I have 275/60/20's on mine. I choose just to go one size taller. I suppose I could have fit on a little wider of a tire but chose not to.

Blacked out grill, bumpers and badges, 3/1 Level Kit, and just finished a headlight retro DIY. Adding new wheels and tires in about a month for a bit more offset and to fill the wheel wells up a bit more.

Thanks! Actually got them through a guy in another group who runs an online distribution site. LED Concepts Color Morph halos (including fogs) and Morimoto HID Ballasts with Apollo 2 shrouds.

Truck is black. The phone filter may be giving it a bluish tint.

That's the stock grille from earlier Tundras (07-09, I think).

Edit. My bad. I thought you were referring to the post right above.

It came on the truck as part of the XSP-X Package from the Southeast Toyota group. It's really just an overlay mesh. Not sure of the manufacturer. Side by side shows original grill on the left, mesh overlay on the right.

That is a 10-13 grille I believe. If you look at mine it's different style 07-09 style. With brackets purchased you can fit a 10-13 grille on a 07-09
