What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

I'd personally go with the white to add a lil splash into the center. I feel like the black would wash out, and the grey clashes a lil bit, but not bad.

 

Paint one of those to match the steering wheel accents.
Can't tell if that tan or white on the wheel.

 

Yeah, already had the grey on there because of my vents and knobs.

Been suggested the white also.

Red would be too much but the white matches the top marker and the white leather.
The pics are deceiving, the perf white Leather is whiter.
The emblem just reflects more from my work light.

Got my door handle overlays in today....fit is not exact and you can still see a little bit of silver but not too bad.

 

Not a tundra mod per say, but it is related...
Velocirax 5x hanging rack. Also functions as a rack in the garage by mounting to the wall.

I immediately noticed the HD indicator on my headunit. From what I listened to it, it was fine. Most of our time is spent on XM or Bluetooth.

Added a Rago Fab CB mount yesterday so I can relocate my 2m/70cm antenna. Currently it’s in a stake hole NMO antenna mount (you can see it up near the cab currently) but once the topper goes on that hole will be covered. Still have 8 weeks or so before the topper is in so trying to get some prep work done when the weather cooperates!

 

The ONLY chrome that has ever bothered me on this Limited was the silly vent trim rings...left/driver's side one always catches the sun and I drive with my hand covering it. Not anymore. Had to match the steering wheel logo, just in case.

Going to get dirty today with the @Rica25 family.

 

How close is this to Barcelona red? I ended up not buying because in the pics the red didn't look deep enough. Planned to have a body shop color match.

 

New TRD Pro, running boards, TRD air intake, front and rear TRD sway bars, caliper covers in the back, painted fronts and under seat storage and added a TRD emblem to the grille and color matched the Toyota emblem in the front. Next week??? phone charger and might get rid of the silver inside.

The Tacoma has a factory 100/400W inverter & they only have 12g, maybe 10g, wire ran to the rear. If you're doing 500W or less, 10g would be fine. You can run a fair amount of items off a 500W inverter.

 

Looks good...I have the exact same one for all the same reasons. It's a solid piece of kit. I ended up with an small, orange Magpul Daka bag for my charging cords and power packs. Kepts the other side clean and easy to see.

Pfft...steel is cheap. American labor is not. I'm happy to pay to keep a "neighbor" fed.

Personally, I'd go with black. The whites of the emblem and leather cover don't match and that would annoy the hell out of me.

 

I hear you, Ron. I admit the overlay is the next best option to paint. It is easier for sure.

Order a black overlay and stage it to see if you like how the black plastic will mesh with the rest of your wheel, dash, & interior. If it appeases, then great, run the black. If not, then rattle them rattle cans and warm up that index finger, and shoot red on the overlay...
before installing it, of course.
