Great idea Tom. That's cool, lighting in cap when the swing cases are locked close and light off the tail for hanging out behind. Can never go wrong with added outlets back there too. Very creative and cool. Thumbs up to u sir.

How/where did you run the wires?

 

The left box has all my air bag relays and compressor, should have mentioned that. It is full of wires and relays and compressor so unusable for any thing else, looks like a box of wires. Right box is full of straps and my hitch, no issues. Also should point out this only works because of the shell, no weather worries.

It is the curved 42" Rough Country. It came with bumper when I bought it. I can take pictures of how it was mounted if you want.

 

Put an inverter in that DS bag w/a double receptacle by your other plugs. Inverters are useful as hell.

 

Where did you get the blacked out sensor ?

 

Looks like it was tinted.

 

In-laws got me a couple stocking-stuffers at Christmas. Just now getting around to installing and taking pictures. Stubby antenna and the mountains sticker.

It's a 2021 Platinum CrewMax in Wind Chill Pearl. My first Tundra! (came out of a 12 year old Honda Ridgeline)

Now, to cruise this thread and get some great ideas for this empty canvas.....

Good news is I got my Switch Pro 9100 installed...bad news is I made a rookie mistake and cranked truck with set of allen wrenches on top of engine. Yep, you guessed it, fell straight into fan and busted my radiator.

 

I cried just thinking about this. I'll pour one out for you tonight.

 

That made me hurt as I read it.

 

Painted my tow hooks with Dupli-color Toyota Super Red II. Sanded, painted, wet sanded and painted again.
Used 2 cans but came out veddyyy niiiiice.

 

I'm scheduled to get a Line-X spray-in bedliner next week, so had to remove the Penda drop-in liner that was originally installed.

And this is why I hate drop-in bedliners! There was a fair amount of rub damage to the paint, and a bunch of garbage stuck underneath that I removed before taking the photo.

 

Well good news is a found a replacement radiator at AutoZone for $180. Wasn't too costly and will go get it tomorrow. I am done for today.
