In the market for a cold air intake for my 2018 CM. Read through a couple posts but wanted some reviews on what everyone has setup wise and happiness. Open to options but thinking of buying a K&N at the moment.

I have an S&B intake and really like it. Your not really gaining anything because the factory intake is already very good. Mostly just a cosmetic and noise thing. But I really like S&B. This is my 4th truck with an intake from them.

I run the volant with power core filter on my 18 crewmax. Don’t have a single bad thing to say about it.

Since it seems none really do anything over stock, I think this one looks the best under the hood.

The Volant filters have a habit of coming off of the tube inside the box.

I got the s&b intake, I cant say if its faster but it did change the exhaust tone.

Overall fit and finish was good, I gain bit of mpg , like maybe 2mpg.

i had the s&b installed. looks good, but the only new sound i hear is an an almost air sounding noise, that is borderline annoying. is that actually the turbos or could something be loose or not as tight as should be?
