    I put my stocking stuffer winch hook on the truck today. When I tried to spool up the Badlands 12000 winch, no dice. It spooled out, not in. So I took off the grille and opened up the control box to see of anything was loose. Everything looked great. No moisture has gotten in there at all. I opened up the control switch and it looks like the switch got dirt inside. After cleaning it up, it worked great. Still love this winch.

    Installed a RetraxPRO XR canister type tonneau cover today on my DC SR5. I’m really diggin’ the matte black finish, and like that it can be locked in any position. The cover was a snap to install, clamping to the existing bed rail system. The front bed rail did not need to be removed, and side bed rails are still functional. The cover can support 500+ lbs and includes tracks for optional load bars (Front Runner bars coming soon).

    Started my audio upgrade. Temp installed the speakers and on the factory wiring so I have music while running everything for the amps. I have sheets for soundproofing the doors as well.

    Went ahead and installed (new to me) NFAB M-RDS power coated bumper. And yes before anybody chimes in, I need to step up my game on suspension and tires. One thing at a time. First I need to get an RCI skidplate, tired of dealing with the POS factory one. Can't wait till my four DD pods get here along with Switch Pro9100.

    How's your spacing between the bumper ends and the body panels below the headlights? The pic makes it look like a really really close fit, and it might cause rubbing/damage in uneven driving situations.
