Reminds me of "Pinchy". I can almost see @FrenchToasty sobbing "Ohhh, Chester" as he dips pieces of the savory rib eye roast in the au jus! "Chester would have wanted it this way"

Craig, is a strange, creepy old fella.

When he was new he used to tell me that he, and I should go get a beer or two together. Come back to his place, and "chill."

I politely declined each time. After talking to other coworkers privately... it seems that I'm not the only one he has offered.

He gave me a piece of candy two nights ago. The wrapper had obviously been tampered with... the chocolate sphere had an obvious deformation... it was a small pill sized hole...

I threw the candy out. Hoptown can be rough.

    :rofl::rofl:

I laughed so hard at this. I love your stories. Brings back memories of when I managed a pallet recycling facility. Worst job I ever had. All my employees were convicts that had more years in prison than work experience. I carried a gun to work. One of my guys had a home invasion where they pistol whipped him and stole his gold teeth. o_O

I'm glad I can share some joy from these stories. Craig has some time in the system also. From what I gather, that was after he was fired from his 6th grade teaching job... and convicted...

That sounds like some stories that I've been told. I have two more stories to tell that will each get their own individual post.

This is around 2018. Late in the year, I think around November. This day it was rainy, and cold. GNR

I had a friend at work who was down on her luck. Living off of friends because her 2000-ish chevy impalas tranny went out. She couldn't afford another car, or another transmission. She couldn't even afford rent because she was using those check advance places... legal loan sharking.

Instead of asking for a ride she would just walk to wherever she was staying that particular day. I happened to see walking on the shoulder. I pull over, and stop. Talk to her for a minute, and tell her to get in.

She gives me directions to where she's staying. Thanking me. I told her that she was my friend. No biggie.

I pull up to where she stay. She gets out, and goes to the door. I wait to make sure she gets in, and I'm fiddling with the radio. Put the truck in drive, and let off the brake.

She hits the passengers side door of the truck and scares the FUCK out of me. She said "come quick they're about to fight, and they'll throw me out if they fight."

I'm still shook from her running down the steps, and hitting my truck. I'm not sure who "they" are, but she's my friend. I put the truck in park, and shut her down. I get out, and walk up the steps.

She goes in ahead of me. I pause at the door. I hear yelling from two males, sounds young. My friend yelling, and bodies being thrown around.

I'm not sure what I'm walking into, but I suck in my gut, stand tall, and walk inside. I'm making soft footfalls on the hard wood laminate. Quiet as a mouse. As I approach the sounds of the fight I change to loud, heavy foot falls.

I swing open the bed room door. The room is fucking trashed. There's two guys in the corner. Both are probably 5'4-5'5. One is scrawny built. One is lean, toned muscle. Muscle guy is holding up the scrawny one by his shirt collar. Fist clenched, and arm back. About to swing.

He turns his head, and looks towards me. Eyes full of fire, and hate. Something else there too. Here I am, 6'2, 250 lbs of corn fed, corn bread country. He looks at me, and his eyes change from fire to something best described as "oh shit."

@FirstGenVol you can attest that I'm not a "small" guy.

I project my voice into the room. "Whats going on in here?" My voice echoes off the walls. Muscle guy loses his edge, and drops the scrawny guy.

I asked again. Muscle guy makes a break for the door, but I stiff arm him. He falls flat on his ass. Eyes welling up with tears. I just stand there with my arm extended, and eyes forward. I bring it down slowly along with my eyes. I looked at him, cocked my head slightly, and said "what is going on in here?"

I flash that "crazy" smile that says I'm not fucking around here.

He told me "my boyfriend doesn't want to do speed with me anymore."
I said without looking away from muscled up dopehead "is that true?"

I hear a weak "y-yes sir. I'm trying to fix my habits so I can do better for me." From the corner.

I said to the dopehead "if he's trying to better himself, and you're holding him back. He doesn't need you. Come with me. Both of you."

Dopehead doesn't move. I grab his shoulder, and pick him up off the floor with one arm. Scrawny guy is in front. Dopehead in front of me. I'm being followed by my friend.

I sit them down on opposite sides of the "couch" if you could call it that. I tell them to talk it this out without violence, or one of you needs to go. Now.

Dopehead gets his shit, and leaves.

I'm interested to hear what people think about Raptor lights in the grill on our 1st Gens. I'm guessing it'll be a bit polarizing, but let me know what you think. I kind of dig them and have thought about installing some.

Thise one was sometime after the last story, but I'm not 100% sure when. Here goes.

I'm relatively new to some areas at work. Still learning "people." Who I can talk to, who I can't talk to. Etc, etc...

I'm working down at sunroof seals for the highlander. Mold down there is fubar, and I have most of the big issues lined out. Replaced a heater, changed some settings, found some loose bolts, and am now waiting on the mold to heat back up to run a part.

I'm shooting the breeze with the operator. Just passing time while we wait. Nothing else for me to do. This guy is named "Mack."
Middle aged black guy, seems cool as hell. Good stories, easy to talk to. Heavy set. He's defintely got that dickydoo.

Molds hot. He runs a part or two, and its still fubar. Make a few tweaks, and boom. Good parts. I turn around to put some of my bug tools in my box.

He brushes up against my ass. I think "this is a small work space. Maybe it was an accident."

I get done in my box, and am waiting on the next part. Still shooting the breeze. I turn back around to get something out of my box, and he brushes up against my ass again...

"Okay, this is a little ridiculous."

I guess he could see that I was over it in my face because he didn't do anything more that day.

Fast forward a few days. I'm back in his area working on his mold. I turn around to get metric Allen wrenches. He comes up behind me, and gets a big ole handful of Tundra2 ass. The smack reverbed around the area.

I'm fucking frozen because I can't believe this is happening. He leans in, and whispers in my ear "You sure do have a nice ass for a white boy. I'd like to give you a taste of choc-o-lot."

I'm still frozen... he's saying something else, but it fades into the background. I'm just lost.

I turn around, and look at him. Our faces are about 6 inches apart. I said "Mack, I don't know where you got the impression that I swing that way, but I don’t."

He backs up, and brushes the zipper on my pants at the same time... and says "oh, so its my fault that I read you wrong."

I didn't bother responding to that comment, but I told him. "Mack, if you lay another hand on me again you'll be looking for another job."

Alright. We need some balance here. Some Yang to balance the Ying.

There was this one place I worked. An eating establishment. Next door was an attached Night Club. This was before my Hands were discovered so I was on Bathroom Cleaner Patrol. Vincenzo ordered me into the Ladies Room for cleaning detail. I made sure no ladies were in there before full entry. Go in and do my Hand Polishing Technique using Tibetian Sheepskin Hand Towels and Organic Certified Cleaners.

As I’m finishing up, a couple of Pumas walk in on me. ‘Whoa!’. I apologize and explain though its not needed as I’m in my Chippendales Apparel so they know I work there. They trapped me in there and held me hostage.

It only took a few hours and a little snow for all hell to break loose here. In our defense, our roads are so steep it's tough to get up them and there is a layer of slush under the snow. I finally got to test my Go Treads and they did exactly what I hoped. I got my neighbor unstuck with them.

Before that I pushed some girl in a Camaro up our hill while she was smoking a joint. Was hoping for a contact high at least. No luck

    Haha nice!!! sharing is caring!!!!
Maybe in the light, inspect your traction boards, did you experience a lot of slippage the might lead to melting or deformation of the plastic? Or did the tires hook right up and get moving?

He definitely spun on the front portion of the boards. It actually took several attempts because he tires were so bald. Eventually I had him pull forward 6" and get a running start which did the trick. I doubt he hurt these though. They don't have the little nub/spikes that the Max Trax do. If he did hurt them then oh well. That's what they are made for and didn't cost that much. It's going to be interesting when I have to venture out to get my wife at the airport at midnight. Her flight has been delayed.
