I have a 2015 SR5. I am installing the 2019 LED headlights and the NSV light bar. I have them installed and now I am having electrical problems. I installed them following the instructions, I was unable to de-pin the gray wire for the DRLs so I cut and rewired to the iHacker wiring harness. That was the only deviation from the instructions. Before I put everything together if tested the lights. When I put the negative connection on the battery and turned to ignition to auxiliary I did hear a pop. I have gone through almost all of my fuses and haven't found any burned out fuses.
    1. My DRLs don't work
    2. My side and rear turn signals don't work
    3. Rear running lights don't work.
That is all that i know right now.

Sorry for the long post but I am in big trouble and can't find the problem.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I did them at the same time, I thought it would be easier with all of the parts off. Maybe I should have only done one at a time. On the light bar, the swipe works and the bar's DRL but no the main light bar.

    Thanks

Need to find the pop, almost has to be a fuse. After that start backtracking what you did with the cut wire, that’s probably you culprit.

As far as the light bar goes the headlight switch must be on and in the high beam position to work. At least that’s how mine is.

TRD sway bar, matching mirror cover, 20% tint, esp aluminum box, Line-X premium, Undercover Flex tonneau cover, led interior lights, winjet smoked tail lights. Road armor rear bumper w/ road armor shackles, go rhino front bumper.
Its gotta be a fuse or a relay, I had the same issue then I found out it was a blown fuse at the footwell. I think sas replaced a relay, which was what I tried but that wasn't my problem.

I checked the wiring. the NSV light bar works normally. I got the signal lights to work but now the running lights (DRL and tail lights) don't work. I am trying to find the fuse that goes to these currently.

I found the fuse that was blown, the "tail" 15 under the dash. I replaced it and it blew again. Now I need to figure out why it is blowing. Any ideas?

You have anything else running power from your taillights?

No, I'm working with iHacker to try to figure it out. He thinks it might be a new wiring harness for the NSV light.

iHacker worked with me and found that I had the order of the connectors in the wrong order. It appears to be working fine now. Later today I'll do some double and triple checks before putting everything back together.

A BIG thanks to iHacker! His wiring harness is professionally made and his customer service is second to none. He was very patient and knowledgable while helping me work through the problems.
