Makers in any form is my go to. This one in particular I like, although I like 46 a wee bit better.

Any of the Jameson bottling a, but prefer the Coopers Cooze and Blenders Dog. Redbreast when I want to feel high class. And when I want something with a bit more kick, The Knot, a 100 proof Irish.

My freaking favorite Rye by far! I get a bottle every few month's from a buddy that live's in Utah. None of the liquor stores down here in Texas have it. It all goes to high end resturant's and whiskey bar's.

My son outdid himself getting me a xmas present. Hard to find and not sold in AZ- Slipknot whiskey. Also their newest album on vinyl signed by Clown. Wish he hadn't spent so much on me, but pretty awesome gift.

Christmas gift from family. A local distillery to me, yet I have never been. It's pretty smooth but with higher rye in the mashbill, not my normal go to but it is growing on me.

I had tried another KC but wasn't crazy about it. This was a barrel pick for a local store and they had a sample, I don't think you will be disappointed.

One of my local places to shop just told me their corporate told them to put out several cases of the Weller 12 on the shelf last week. They weren’t allowed to call and notify anyone about it. :censored:

honestly you aren’t missing much, it’s good $35 bottle but even at like $50-60 there’s plenty of others I’d rather buy, let alone the $150-200 secondary price these days

I’ve had the Weller 12 a few times already and I do enjoy it. I wouldn’t pay over retail for it though. Care to share some of the Bourbons you recommend? Always looking for something new to try.

If you like W12, maybe Makers 46 or some of the Makers Private Select bottles. Old Forester 1910 is similar proof as W12 and also on the sweeter side. Four Roses Small Batch Select and some of the Russels Reserve single barrels are awesome too. Most are under $50 and commonly available.
