    Christmas gift from family. A local distillery to me, yet I have never been. It's pretty smooth but with higher rye in the mashbill, not my normal go to but it is growing on me.

    I had tried another KC but wasn't crazy about it. This was a barrel pick for a local store and they had a sample, I don't think you will be disappointed.

    I’ve had the Weller 12 a few times already and I do enjoy it. I wouldn’t pay over retail for it though. Care to share some of the Bourbons you recommend? Always looking for something new to try.

    If you like W12, maybe Makers 46 or some of the Makers Private Select bottles. Old Forester 1910 is similar proof as W12 and also on the sweeter side. Four Roses Small Batch Select and some of the Russels Reserve single barrels are awesome too. Most are under $50 and commonly available.
