Hello! I recently just had TRD exhaust and Apex Rock sliders installed as well as Wheaterguard rain guards. When I picked up vehicle from dealership i started noticing a creaking sound when I break and/or accelerate at very low speeds 2-5mph. I had the technician come on a test drive with me to try and pinpoint sound. Odd thing is when I roll down window or open door to listen for sound I can hardly hear the sound. My technician feels like its an upper body creek somewhere inside cab somewhere under driver seat.

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing anything like this noise?

Did you ever figure out what the creaking noise was coming from? I have the same sounding issue. It seems like it is deep in the dash somewhere.

Feel for you, OP. I have a chirpy-creak that is absolutely killing me. Smooth road, uneven road, 5 or 50 MPH, it doesn’t matter. Mine sounds like it is up front on the right side.

I read on here that it may be the grill but it sounds like the suspension.

Same here. The frustrating part is that going over large pot holes, i don’t get the chirp. But minor bumps will cause it to chirp. I’ve sprayed the suspension with wd-40 and it’s still chirping. Even greased the condenser mount bushings that have been the culprit on some others and still didn’t cure the squeak. I’m just hoping it’ll go away after it polishes whatever it’s squeaking against.

Not sure if this is the same problem or not but if you search the site there was a thread about something being loose behind the glove box. Not sure if it is was a heater fan of ECU or something else but people were using zip ties to secure it.
