I finally installed my AJT HVAC Knobs

It was not difficult at all.

Here is a picture in case anybody is wondering what they look like in a Second Gen

Yea I know my radio is missing,I have a Kenwood I have yet to install

I like them, but my wife’s comment was that I should have gotten blue ones lol

I might be having a brain fart here, but i think the light bulb shines thru the stock knobs at the line indicator. IS that true for these too? Will help me decide in buying them.

Yes they light up at the line. It might be my internal happiness meter, but I believe the knobs are slightly brighter on the line than stock

@SouthWestGA AHh man youre right! It is brighter! Thanks alot. How hard was the install? I've watched the video already just curious if it was as easy as the video looked.

Turn all your knobs off,or to the left as far as they can go. That’s what I did.

As a precaution once i got the knobs off i marked the white wheels, and HVAC body with matching lines with a marker. It really wasn’t needed. Just don’t be rough, and keep your knobs still

Take a tiny flat head screwdriver and press in the tabs locking the knobs on,and it pops off

The new one goes right back on,it even has slots that line up only 1 way

AJT has many videos on YouTube and on their website

It’s not difficult at all. I was concerned but after i got number 1 done it was smooth sailing and calm nerves
