SOLD-BAM Dirty Deeds 12" Stainless Exhaust

Just took this off my 2019 Tundra Crewmax - 5.5" bed. It was used for about 25 miles, so basically new.

It includes the Helmholtz resonator, fixing clamps and gasket to exhaust pipe. Even though this is the quietest of the DD offerings, it's louder than I like so I am back to the stock exhaust.

I am limiting this to local (Portsmouth, New Hampshire) pickup at this time.

Price is $575.00.

You were instrumental in the purchase. I read many of your posts regarding the various exhaust setups you have had. It's a quality system but stock is a better fit for me.

 

Sorry it wasn’t what you were hoping/expecting. Stock is pretty quiet - I don’t think any aftermarket system (even quieter ones) will be close to that. The TRD with H pipe and resonators was about as close to stock sounding as I got - but that was hundreds of dollars of mods which only makes sense if you already have that system and want to tone it down.

I’ll be following the thread in case I can contribute something that may help a prospective buyer. I think it will sell.

If anyone comes across this thread in a future search:
I swapped my 8" for a 10" and I love it.
BUT, if I were to buy a new Tundra, I'd probably put a 12" BAM on it.

Being 58 YO the 10" is a touch loud, the 8" was too much.
The 12" would be a bump over stock and the Helmholtz resonator to kill the drone.
But keep in mind I don't tow anything, which could be a factor.

Have you considered using the stock exhaust with the resonator. I was looking at possibly going this route to keep the system quit while eliminating the drone.

 

I have not. I don't have an issue with the OEM system and drone. Maybe others have, but not that I am aware of.

 

I tried that too at one point. Almost Lexus quiet...

Have you contacted DD he has sound warranty you can get sound you are loolimg for
