How much did you pay for your Tundra?

2021 SR5 CM SX 4x4.
MSRP $44850.
Sale price $39750 before TTL, trade in, etc.

 

2019 Cement Double Cab TRD Off Road 9/28/19, paid $35986.

 

I want to know if people actually pay 50k plus for used SR5’s. Cuz I see those pop up all the time here in CA, and only thing different is upgraded tire/wheel package.

 

I paid $37k out the door for my 19 SR5 4x4 CM with 18k miles back in June. Seems like a steal now.

 

$43,200 before taxes for sr5 crewmax 4x4 with upgrade package. Might coulda hassled some more or checked with more local dealers to get price down more but i was ready to get a truck and i guess its a decent deal

If people didn't the dealer wouldn't do it. Always laugh when I see a 70k non SC, lifted Tundra on autotrader for sale. "fool and their money are soon parted" as they say

 

New 2021 Cement CM SR5 4x4 with upgrade package, spray on bedliner, tube steps, weather mats, convenience package $46 MSRP, got it for $40 before taxes, fees, etc.

 

Good gahhh. I just wanted to share with you all...how crappy the market is currently. With the end of the year quickly approaching, I really thought prices would be amazing. I got 'good' at best. Either way, took advantage of the $2000 manufacturer's rebate, and took another ~3k off the truck.

Ended up with a '21 Tundra Plat (4WD) in MGM for $55238 --> $50,307 --> $55306.57 OTD here in WA. Truck is to land on the dealer lot later this month. Added another $1713.56 for some additional goodies, including the tonneau cover, running boards, TRD rear swaybar, and the black tailgate inserts. So a whopping $57020.13 when all said and done.

Meh. lol

No, I wish, then it would have been a hell of a deal!

SR5 upgrade pack. Comes with 38 gal tank, center console shifter, power bucket seat, alarm system.

Just bought my 1st tundra - 2016 trd pro Crewmax $37,250 with 57,xxx miles. I live in NJ found it in VA

 

Any strong opinions on this advertised deal? I'm in the process of shopping...this is not my first, nor second color choice, or I would be giving this truck due consideration. Much thanks in advance. I feel like a tad pole in a pond full of bull frogs.

With those addons doubt they are included in that price

 

My take as well. Bet that truck stickers well into the $60s with all that stuff. If you can get it as-is for advertised, I'd jump on it.

If the truck were in (1) Cement, (2) Dark grey, or (3) White, I would move on this. I have been awaiting the Chicago Auto show to see what Toyota is offering in the 2022 Tundra I am excited about the TTv-6 engine that is rumored to be in the offering. But I could be talked into the righteously equipped 2021, with the right (for me) options, color, and price.

Just my personal .02 but GET THE COLOR YOU WANT!! I looked for a year, heavily for 6 months before an inferno 2018 TRD popped up. You have to look at the thing every day, dont settle.. I had a blue ribbon Tacoma before the Tundra, wasnt my first color choice. Couldnt wait to get rid of it. Still oogling my inferno 7 months later every time I drive it.

Thanks for the encouragement. I agree with you, in the strongest terms. A whole lot of things you can change/add/delete on the truck after you drive it home. ‘Color’ ain’t one of ‘em. At least, not easily nor in a manor acceptable to most of us. This truck seems like a good deal, priced to move. But as I said it is not even one of my top choices, never mind my #1 choice.
As an aside, your Avatar intrigues me. By chance are you a pilot?

Bought mine in Texas, I’m in CA. Saves enough it was worth the shipping price. Got a 2021 SR double cab 4x4 for $33,000.

it took a little while, but I have zero regrets.

 

Tundras are expensive but you get what you pay for
