Finally got my Diamondback!

Ordered in early October and have been eagerly waiting its arrival....!unfortunately arrived with a huge dent in the forward panel. Voicemail left with CS as it’s past business hours. I have no experience with Diamondback other than ordering this cover, hoping to get it fixed quick..... anyone have experience with similar issues@?

 

Good luck hope you have better luck than me. I’ve ordered a different cover it has dent and scratch delivered a week ago, customer service has not contacted me yet.

 

They’ll take care of you. I’ve been having a leak issue detailed elsewhere on this forum and they offered me a complete replacement today.

 

Wow... are they now making a cover that’s not diamond plating!? Very cool.

I know there’s a balance between shipping costs and shipping protection, but they should know better. Anything of decent size these days arrives damaged unless the company packed it for a tornado. Sorry your new accessory arrived damaged.

 

Good call, I didn't notice it until you did.
Seems they now have a smooth black finish for the HD and the SE...
When my Flex peters out I may have to look into this.

Have to say DiamondBack customer service so far is awesome! One quick phone call and two pics later, replacement will be shipping within a week

 

Yes, they’re pretty good. I’ve been working through a leak issue at the four corners of the center support. They’re replacing my cover.
