I believe many realtors consider that a "Water Feature."

Forward looking camera, Stub Antenna, 3M clearshield. A few other non lifted items.
Our KitchenAid washing machine was starting to decompose: concrete balances were falling apart and I to the tumbler(finding pieces on the dryer clothes AND the front seal was falling to pieces. It was 15 years old along with the dryer which I have repaired a few times. Did a Black Friday at Home Depot a few weeks ago, ha ha all the lower priced models were sold out or had looong lead times. We ended up with a Samsung set, it finally arrived today. Several loads run today and more to come.

    Flux capacitor!
I primed and repainted my 3x garage doors on the house today. I’ve always hated the original color of my garage doors. I used the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. It’s amazing stuff!

I installed a new light fixture in the dining area along with a new rug. I think the wife is happy so hopefully that room is finished. I do have to repaint the shiplap but when I get some time. My wife has wanted white cabinets for a long time now so we finally pulled the trigger. I want them perfect and I didn't want my first time to be on such a large project so I hired out. Here we are with the primer laid down. Pendant lights will go and the island will get wrapped in shiplap painted with that trendy matte blue/grey. Didn't plan on tackling this right before Christmas but that's ok.

No. Hired that out. We’ve had the same guy do a retile on a shower last year and we’re really happy. There’s a couple of trim pieces that I’ll do that got missed because I didn’t have one end panel ready in time, but that’ll be easy

My wife has been describing something similar to me so I showed her your backsplash and she said that was exactly what she wanted. Outside my skillset though and probably going to cost a butt-ton. Maybe we'll squeeze it later into next year. Sometimes I feel like a donkey chasing a carrot, she's always got ONE more project lined up for me

We bought the tile direct and then paid the guy to install (he told us exactly how much to order). About $700 in materials and $1800 in labor.

That's a terrible fit. It needs a boat, and a tractor, and a bunch of woodworking tools to finish filling it up.

I did something not related to my front or backyard. I made some overhead shelf storage in the garage. It’s not done year though. Got some more plans for it tomorrow.

Inside measurements are 60”wide 30” deep 20something” high.

1955. It has an open ceiling with drop down attic stairs to get to the little bit of storage there is up there. It's full.

Rewired my telcom lines coming into the house AGAIN to prepare for the tech to come out tomorrow (we called on Nov 6 because of the problems we’re having). I did it this time to 100% eliminate any possibility of it being an issue between the demarcation box and where our distribution is in the basement, as well as confirming it isn’t the hard wired DSL filter I had installed (which I now removed and replaced with one of the basic wall dongle ones). At this point, I can move the modem out to the demarcation box if needed to prove it’s their line coming to the house that is causing the problems.

It won’t be the first time I’ve done it, and until I can ditch TDS, I’m sure it won’t be the last time.

So this last week our drywall got finished up and this week the painters showed up. we went ahead and paid them extra to paint some doors and trim. so right now, we don't have a single door on the house except the exterior doors. but looks like all my paint will be knocked out by Saturday then my house will be mostly done and ready from the hurricane damages that i got form laura and delta:woot:

Not just DSL, but DSL from a backwoods phone company that hasn't touched their infrastructure since it was originally installed I'm pretty sure. As soon as the fall rains started, shit went south again. Only now I've got three teen/young adults in the house trying to do all of their college and high school online.

I'm on the waiting list for the "Better than Nothing Beta" - because really just about anything would be better than TDS...
