Buy used Pro or New and Build? (TFS really offer new loan rates for CPOs?)

Current Taco owner here from beautiful Buffalo NY. Future Tundra owner, this forum is excellent. I follow Camaros and Subaru STI forums as well and this Tundra forum is by far the most comprehensive and professional.
    Enough butt kissing.

First fell in love with Tundras with the looks of the 17 Cement Pro.
Not that I need the OR capabilities.
I mostly chauffeur my boys to sports practice and use the bed for simple home improvement projects.
But I love v8 dual rumble, black rims and pro seats.
Should I try and find this Pro used?
Anybody have experience with TFS offer of new car loan rates with CPO purchase? Is it for real?
Or buy a new SR5 and build it?
It looks like purchase price might be around the same.
    I would enjoy the build...
But if I don’t have to buy parts to build my new truck I could spend that on my Subie.
Thanks in advance for your insights!

    Good morning from WA!
    If I understand you correctly, you're debating between a 17 Pro and a 21 SR5?
Have you found the Cement pro yet?

If I were in your shoes, as much as I would want the Pro the used prices are insane right now.
But.... it sounds like that is the truck you really want, if you can find one.
Another plus for that pro, has a transmission cooler and no TSS.
Hopefully someone will chime in on the financing question.

Keep us posted on the Tundra hunt!

Shop around on the financing. My local CU was 1.49%, TFS wasn't even remotely close.
