Do I got aftermarket fog lights?

When my fog light is in lie most cars and trucks the fog light symbol doesn’t come on or there isn’t one?

 

I don't exactly understand the question but you can easily tell by the lighting stalk on the left of the steering wheel. There should be a dashboard light for just your headlights but the stalk will indicate your fogs.



Or you could turn them on and go to the front of the vehicle to tell if they're on.

No that doesn’t help. I know my fog light is on but there is no fog light on my dash board like most other vehicles have.

 

Then I think you answered your own question.

Tundras don't have a separate icon light on the dash specifically for fogs.

 

Hmm that seems a little ridiculous but okay. I just thought I had an aftermarket fog lights since the fog dash light doesn’t go on.

Well, my bad. You Tundras and your newer fangled 2018's with the different dash.

I've had a 2008 and 2017 and neither had the fog light indicator.

So, I guess I'm only 1/3 wrong.

But I like to look at it from the point of view that the OP didn't specify so I could use my own experience and that makes me RIGHT!

 

I have a 2012 my bad for not being into fancy new things lol.

Still 7 yrs newer than mine lol. I can’t believe Toyota cheapen out on that feature but not a deal killer.

 

Hey, at least, it's good to know you got a solid truck. Heck, sometimes I miss my 2008, quirks and all.

Edit: The only reason I "upgraded" was to go from a Double Cab to a Crew Max and to get BLACK! I've always wanted BLACK. I don't regret it.

My 14 Limited doesn't have the dash fog light indicator either. Now I'm pissed.....

 

I got a rock warrior. in white. First white vehicle in my life and I like it. Pass 8 were black or dark color cars.
